Letterverse is an art project releasing hand lettered words to the digital universe.
The art of hand lettering has been around as long as people have been writing and our goal is to take this art form to the future. It is important to us that handwriting, a dying art, remains relevant in the digital age. We want to celebrate the artistic value of hand-lettering while adding content and meaning.
We are sharing our passion to a letter-loving community. We will not only create words that reflect online culture: We will hand-letter trending topics and custom requests in the future - our inclusive NFT project will include your personal ideas and suggestions.
Our goal is to release 696 Letterverse NFTs — once all 696 words are sold, no more words will be written.
Leo-Constantin Scheichenost, co-founder of HFA-Studio, is creating letterings and typographic illustrations for brands like Dior, W Hotels or Greenpeace. As part of the project „The wall against walls“ he hand-painted the oversize letter on the original Berliner Wall that was sent to Mr. Donald Trump in 2019. Leo-Constantin left his lettering mark on storefronts and signs in Vienna, Berlin, New York and the Maldives. He is now sharing his talent and love for letterings with art lovers and NFT collectors around the globe.
